When accommodation is cancelled less than seventy-two (72) hours of the booked arrival date, the Hotel shall be entitled to claim a cancellation fee of 100% of services offered. Changing dates can be done with no penalty (in the sole discretion of the Hotel, and subject to availability), however shortening your stay in less than twenty four (24) hours of the booked arrival date will incur a penalty of 100% of the dates cancelled.
In cases of "No-Shows" the Hotel shall be entitled to claim full compensation for services ordered.
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, or American Express cards; by bank transfer into our Standard Bank account (details on request); or via our secure payment partner MobiPaid
Card/Data Security & ComplianceThe Capital Hotels, Apartments & Resorts does not collect, store, or have access to your payment card or banking details. All payment data is handled exclusively by our trusted payment partners (MobiPaid) (or their subcontracted processors).
We may introduce additional payment options or card formats in the future. All such new methods will be subject to the same security and privacy principles stated here — i.e. that the data is processed by compliant providers (not stored or accessed by The Capital).
